The Role

Central England Academy Trust provides excellent education to learners in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas. We have Five schools: Oak Wood Primary School, Oak Wood Secondary School, Michael Drayton Junior School, Higham Lane School and Higham Lane North Academy. Together, we offer a comprehensive education to students aged 4 to 19 in both mainstream and SEND settings. We are a diverse Trust that celebrates individual learning needs, including profound, severe, and complex learning needs.


Oak Wood Primary School is a successful specialist setting for children aged from 4 to 11 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant who will support learning opportunities for our pupils alongside the class teacher in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
